CEPPRA Foundation — Child Exploitation Prevention, Prosecution and Restoration Association — is a public campaign asking Congress for a clearer, better-funded response: resources for enforcement, investigations, rescue, and restoration, and real cooperation across agencies. This site is not a government website.
